about us
Italian legume tempeh specialists
Since 2015, Cambiasol has been working to bring an authentic, versatile, and naturally valuable fermented vegetable product to the European market: tempeh.
From soybeans and other select legumes, we produce tempeh, leveraging fermentation as a natural process capable of transforming simple raw materials into foods rich in flavor, texture, and nutritional value.
Our production experience allows us to offer Cambiasol-branded and private-label solutions, designed for distributors, the food industry, specialty stores, and large-scale retail trade.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
To ferment means to transform
For us, tempeh isn't simply a plant-based alternative, but a food with its own identity: natural, versatile, and rich in character. Through fermentation, the legume evolves into a compact and recognizable matrix, where the mycelium contributes to the product's structure, consistency, and personality.
This is how we interpret plant-based nutrition: more concrete, less artificial, and closer to the raw material. Simple products, expertly developed, capable of meeting the needs of modern consumers and the professional market.
OUR WAY OF CREATING VALUE
